Mathew Coyle has
spent a decade serving clients in the financial services industry as an investment adviser and equity trade analyst for multiple Fortune 500 organizations. As a fully registered investment adviser and insurance

that led him to create Sovereign Wealth Solutions – dedicated solely to teaching clients the benefits of wealth management
through Capital Access Planning.
Mat began his career in personal finance as trading representative for a municipal bond trading and
underwriting firm located within the Minneapolis area. Most recently, he has been employed with a Fortune 500 banking
organization providing equity and fixed income trading services to retail investors. In addition, Mat is a former portfolio
consultant to the University of St. Thomas (UST), Aristotle Fund Endowment Program. A service that advises the UST endowment
fund board of directors on selection and analysis of University investments.

State of MN, Registered Investment Advisor License #IA-3839
State of MN, Resident Life Producer License # 20430268

PERSONAL
After visiting with many clients throughout his career, Mat began to grow concerned that the products and services
offered by many institutions did not go far enough in the area of client wealth protection. It was at this time when
he was introduced to the practice of Capital Access Planning. Mat uses these methods in his own personal
finances, and has devoted his practice to teaching his clients how the strategies can benefit their business or personal net
worth. He resides with his wife, Stephanie and his sons, Brady and Henry. Some of Mat's personal interests include
travel, golf, tennis, biking, exercising, snowboarding, and spending time with his growing family. Mat is a former
collegiate tennis player at Drake University and taught tennis for many years in his local community.
